| 1. Draw the shape of a belt on a new layer. If you want a black belt it's better to start with a dark gray colour instead of black. |
2. Use the Dodge and Burn tools to darken and lighten the belt just slightly. |
3. Create a new layer and draw the spikes. Save an area in the middle for the buckle. |

| 4. Dodge in the middle and Burn on the sides. |
5. Add a few lighter pixels on the spikes to give them extra shine. |
6. Draw the buckle. |

| 7. Dodge and burn on the buckle. |
8. I've added a very faint shadow line just underneath the belt. Take a dark gray colour and draw a line following the belt, on a new layer. Set the layer Opacity to below 100%, wherever it looks good. The shadow shouldn't be too strong. |
